Cancellations made 24 hours or less – No Refund.
Cancellations made 48 hours or Less - a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations made 96 hours or less – a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellations made more than 120 hours- A Full refund
The following Terms and Conditions apply to every booking with us at Real Tours Jamaica, whether online utilizing the Website or through our telephone lines, or both. By booking with us you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions and acknowledge having read and agreed to the terms and conditions below. A user making a booking authorizes us to book reservations for the total reservation price displayed on the Website, plus tax and or service fees. Payment can be made by credit card on line or by credit card or cash on the day of the tour, and we accept all major credit cards on line however we do not accept American express credit cards on the day of the tour. We offer a secure server to process payments and will protect the users’ privacy. User may cancel or change their prepaid reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.User agrees to pay any cancellation charges or change fees that may apply. All costs are shown in United States dollars, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to offer alternative excursions of a similar standard in the event that the supplier overbooks their property or for any reason beyond our control. All rates are subject to change without notice. We do not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers in connection with your travel pursuant to a contract between them and yourselves and over whom we have no direct control. We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force or other events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action. Any problem or dispute arising out of the booking of an excursion shall be reported to us immediately by calling our customer care number at 1 (876) 335-7922 or 1 (876) 849-6087 or by submitting an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not accept responsibility for any activity or procedure that may be necessary in order to enjoy the use of anything purchased from us, this is including but not limited to procuring or having in possession any passport or valid identification for travel. That is the sole responsibility of the user.
