River Rapids Kayaking and Dunn’s river Falls

Your tour begins as you venture on a short walking path that runs along the river bank, leading you to an open area where you will find your kayak waiting.After some safety lessons from your tour guide and a quick gear check, you launch your kayak into the river and immediately feel the intensity of the rushing water.The swift currents carry your kayak downstream, challenging you and your partner to paddle confidently through various areas of exciting white water rapids and picturesque river pools.As you pass under the old stone bridge, the currents begin to fade and your kayak takes a calm ride into the Caribbean Sea.Once at sea, you paddle at your own pace along the coastline until you arrive at our private beach for a cool drink

Then on to the world renowned Dunn’s River Falls. Beautiful cascading waterfalls. A truly outstanding treasure offering 600 feet of climbing pleasure for thousands of visitors and locals every year, it is arguably Jamaica’s most popular and famous attraction. Grab your tube and experience a wonderful excursion floating down the river.

Your tour begins as you cross the Irie bridge and walk along the jungle trail, leading you to launching point of your tubing adventure. After receiving some final instructions from your guides, it’s time to jump in your tube and begin your exciting river adventure.

A mix of currents carry you downstream as you sit back and admire the natural surroundings of the river valley before feeling the rush of the splashing rapids. The course takes you over a variety of class 2 river rapids, each followed by a calm section to chill out and lounge in your tube.

There is a stop along the way for a chance to swim in the water and try out the tarzan rope swing, a popular activity for everyone to enjoy.

As the river begins to slow down, you enter the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea. From there you are pulled by boat (weather permitting) until landing ashore on a beautiful private beach at the end of Bengal Bay. At the beach you can enjoy a refreshing drink, take a dip in sea, and view some of the amazing photographs taken by our professional photographer.

Then we go to the Secret Falls, which is a major find!!!! It is completely secret except to those who live near it. Less than five miles from Dunn’s Falls where thousands fight to climb the falls in long strings of humanity, we have the secret falls ALL to ourselves. The lower falls has a swinging rope and the upper falls is a short hike up through a dark and gorgeous rainforest, along the rushing river to the falls. Once there, you may swim and jump off of the waterfall and various rock formations. It is a great time. We can also hike up the falls and play in the different pools along the way.MINIMUM OF 6 PERSONS.

Your adventure begins with a short walk through the rain forest to meet your raft at the starting point.After some instructions from your guide, you and the rest of your co-captains board your raft and enter the fast flowing water.With your tour guide steering the raft from the rear, you use teamwork to paddle through the twists and turns of rushing white-water rapids.As you enter the deeper sections of the river, you can jump into the refreshing water for a chance to swim and admire the natural beauty of your surroundings.The river currents carry your raft over one final cascade as you pass under an old colonial stone bridge and head towards the Caribbean Sea.
